Karate Lows: None Really, I have always enjoyed my karate, despite slow progress at times. I should have taken up karate much earlier.

Anything else you want to Share: Editors Note: Sensei Trevor dedication to Karate was acknowledged when the club started to present the "Trevor Jinks Cup" each December. The Cup is awarded to a karateka that probably has not found" the way" easy, but has continue to work hard to develop their karate.

Other Interests: Member of French and German Selby twinning association. I walk regularly with Selby Fell walkers & sailing
