Karate Highs: Gold medal in Kodokai National Championships with Sensei Steve Cook and Sensei Ian Culpan. Getting my Shodan grade with Ian Culpan after a grueling weeks training with Kagawa Sensei and Kato Sensei at York.

Karate Lows: Breaking my hand when sparring (Don't punch elbows it really hurts)

Favourite Kata: Niju hachi ho
